Sub : Multibanking system for  the Central Excise Mumbai III Commissionerate-     

         Nomination  of Additional Banks for collection of Central Excise Duties– reg.

 

                  Attention of the trade is invited to the Trade Notice No.09/Gen(07)/C.EX./M-III/2004

dated 04.06.2004 and Trade Notice No.14/Gen(12)/C.EX./M-III/2004 dated 15.09.2004 authorising the  branches of the thirteen nominated Banks at Mumbai,Thane & Raigad Districts viz.  Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Bank of India, Union Bank of India,Bank of Maharashtra,Dena Bank,Central Bank of India, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank and UTI Bank for collection of Central Excise duty of the Mumbai III Commissionerate w.e.f. 15.04.2004.

 

       Now, following three  additional Bank Branches of IDBI Bank Ltd. have been authorised for collection of Central Excise duty of the Mumbai III Commissionerate.
