1.                  Board’s Circular No. 899/19/2009-CX dated 25.9.2009 issued under F.No. 267/90/2009-CX.8(Pt.I) on the above subject which is self-explanatory is enclosed herewith.

 

2.                  All the Trade Associations are requested to bring the contents of this circular to the notice of their members in particular and the trade in general.
