Subject :-    Automation of Central Excise and Service Tax (ACES)

                        Kind attention of Members of the Trade and Public are invited to this office Trade Notice No. 13/C.Ex/M.III/2009 dated 13.11.2009 on the above referred subject wherein at Para No. 4 it was stated that the date of roll out of ACES in the Commissionerate will be announced separately.

 

2)         The Automation of Central Excise and Service Tax (ACES) is scheduled to commence in this Commissionerate on 14.12.2009.

 

3)         Para 2 of the Trade Notice No. 13/C.Ex/M.III/2009 dated 13.11.2009 details the action to be taken by Assessees for registration and further processes under ACES.

 

4)         All the Trade Associations are requested to bring the contents of this Trade Notice to the attention of their members in particular and trade in general, for information & necessary action.
