Sub:- Self-sealing of export goods-reg

Attention of the Trade and Industry is invited on the above mentioned subject.

1. Board’s Circular No. 860/18/2007-CX dated 22^nd November, 2007 issued vide F.No. 209/06/2007-CX-6 on the above subject which is self-explanatory is enclosed herewith.

2. In view of the above Circular, factory stuffing permission granted in the past to manufacturer-exporters to export goods under Central Excise supervision under Free Shipping Bills are withdrawn.

3. All the Trade Associations are requested to bring the contents of this circular to the notice of their members in particular and the trade in general.
